Log into your Condor account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your electronic device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Condor
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
